We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Parts Supervisor to lead a busy parts department within a well-established automotive retailer. The Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the parts department, ensuring excellent service levels for both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily parts department operations
- Supporting and developing departmental team members
- Managing stock control and inventory levels
- Maximising parts sales and profitability
- Maintaining excellent relationships with workshop and retail customers
- Ensuring manufacturer standards and processes are followed
- Assisting with department performance and KPI management

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within an automotive dealership parts department
- Experience in a supervisory or management capacity
- Strong organisational and stock management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A proactive and positive leadership style
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 45 hours per week
- Occasional weekend working as required by the business
